The Senior Recruiter specializes in developing, driving and implementing comprehensive search and attraction strategies to identify and engage high-quality, diverse candidates for jobs at all levels across the organization.  This role serves as a Talent Advisor, working closely with business leaders in hiring the talent needed to deliver on current and future business priorities.  This individual cares about and delivers exceptional brand-worthy candidate experiences that strengthen the Company’s reputation as an Employer of Choice.   This professional models customer focus, collaboration, curiosity and agility within Talent Acquisition and across the broader HR team, and acts as a champion of our Company’s purpose and values.

What you'll do...

  • Manage all aspects of the full-cycle recruiting process, from strategy meetings to onboarding, with primary focus on (though not limited to) Technology roles.
  • Evaluate and implement a variety of sourcing and outreach strategies to establish brand presence and cultivate wide-ranging diverse talent pools.
  • Deliver exceptional brand-worthy candidate experiences throughout the recruiting process.
  • Provide consultative support to HRBPs and hiring teams, and recommend solutions based on an understanding of the business environment, talent landscape, industry strategies, organizational structures and compensation trends.
  • Coach and train on talent acquisition-related topics to build hiring manager capabilities and embed a culture of recruiting across the organization
  • Deliver recruiting data and insights to assist in the planning and forecasting of talent acquisition needs.
  • Drive efficiencies in the recruiting process to achieve key Talent Acquisition metrics.

What you'll bring...

  • 7+ years talent acquisition experience in a corporate and/or agency environment; 5+ years technical recruiting experience preferred
  • 5+ years experience with recruiting technology – including applicant tracking systems, internet search engines and social platforms
  • Skill and thrill at moving between multiple job searches and achieving results within a fast-paced, highly fluid environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, and to navigate comfortably through ambiguity
  • Expansive sourcing and networking acumen, and a passion for finding great talent
  • Advanced consulting and negotiation skills, and a knack for influencing without authority
  • Strong problem solving skills and personal accountability; scrappiness to build solutions from scratch
  • Comprehensive Talent Acquisition knowledge and experience, and ability to advise, coach and train others within this realm
  • Expertise in analyzing and leveraging data to recommend and develop appropriate forward-looking strategies
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills
