Furniture Outlet Floor Lead

A day in the life as an Outlet Lead...
Opening and closing the store and performing other duties in the absence of store leadership
Providing feedback, share observations, assessments and ongoing solutions with the Assistant Store Leader, Team Leader
Developing, teaching, coaching and training associates on processes and best practices , and customer service, selling skills, product knowledge,as appropriate
Supporting and maintaining store sales and service goals as communicated by the Assistant Store Leader, or Team Leader
Focusing on promoting sales as they pertain to, or are driven by position/department to impact the total stores sales and profitability
Maintain awareness of all tools and resources applicable to their assigned area
Possess a complete understanding and awareness of applicable company systems, policies and procedures including loss prevention, security and safety guidelines as outlined in the Crate and Barrel/CB2 Associate Guide
Model and guide a visionary, proactive approach to customer service opportunities and customer engagement initiatives while acting as the Leader on Duty
Drive efforts across store to maximize clearance sell through and profitability
Facilitate implementation and execution of merchandising and operational initiatives as dictated by Assistant Store Leader and/or Team Leader
Possess a clear understanding of Outlet business strategy and concepts to support their execution
Support Store Leadership on implementing Outlet Strategy and merchandising plan to maximize Margin growth and unit sell through at their location

Ability to work a full time flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Majority of the shift would be concentrated in performing operational and merchandising duties while helping support with sales priorities as pertained by position.

1+ years customer service or retail experience
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices
