Asset Coordinator, CGI & Product Photography

The Asset Coordinator, CGI + Product Photography will be responsible for generating digital photography and CGI asset lists for seasonal eCommerce photography shoots. They will ensure alignment for each asset is generated and accountable for data integrity when translated for photo studio use.
This is a on-site position that currently requires 5 days out of our Photo Studio in Chicago, IL
A day in the life as an Asset Coordinator, CGI + Product Photography...
- Generate complete seasonal asset lists for eCommerce and CGI digital, including individual, group and collection images as needed
- shot code and support information used by Producers, Art Directors and Merchandise Leads
- Ensure products in each seasonal launch has a workflow associated with generating appropriate assets while supporting all surrounding communications
- Cultivate a strong understanding of each product category to fulfill asset needs
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of Crate and Barrel websites to help inform eCommerce photography and CGI asset creation
- Ensure the highest standards of data integrity in workflow documents and systems, utilizing merchandise databases and changelogs
- Maintain data resource documents for standard asset requirements per style guides
- Monitor incoming asset requests, review, collaborate and take action with cross functional partners
- Participate in productive hindsight analysis and problem-solving discussions
- Execute workload to provided deadlines while remaining adaptable

We’d love to hear from you if you have…
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years relevant experience coordinating and managing asset/shot lists
- Understanding of website design and functionality
- Experience with Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables) and Google Sheet
