  • Step in as the department's primary point of contact when the Lead is unavailable, ensuring no loss of operational momentum.

  • Oversee and participate in the daily picking, packing, and staging of time-sensitive B2B orders using Gmail, spreadsheets, and data sheets.

  • Lead the training for new associates and temporary staff, ensuring they understand B2B-specific processes and standards.

  • Guide the team through fast-paced shifts, ensuring accuracy remains high even during high-pressure pivots.

  • Monitor stock levels and assist with regular inventory counts.

  • Use the WMS (Warehouse Management System) to resolve discrepancies and ensure project inventory is accounted for.

  • Prepare shipping/receiving paperwork and maintain detailed logs.

  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks required to keep the B2B pipeline moving efficiently.

  • Coordinate email, chat, and verbal communication between Corporate project teams and warehouse staff.

What you’ll bring to the table…

  • Ability to quickly pivot priorities and adapt to rapid changes in a fast-growing environment.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experience with WMS platforms.

  • Ability to contribute to multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.

  • Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, packing, staging) alongside administrative duties.

  • Intermediate English Language proficiency.

We’d love to hear from you if you have…
