Allocation Analyst

Location: Northbrook, Illinois

The Allocation Analyst is responsible for the allocation of merchandise across the International Business. The goal is to maximize company sales growth and profitability by working closely with the merchandising team on all aspects of the business.

  • This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our offices with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.


A day in the life as an Allocation Analyst…

  • Own inventory allocation, order confirmation and order fulfillment for all Franchise Partner orders
  • Manage franchise reserve inventory bucket and keep in line with current seasonal assortment
  • Assist in Franchise special order requests and ensure timely transit through warehouse network
  • Partner with International Merchandising team to suggest, create, and manage Franchise-Only Skus from sku creation to order confirmation and shipping. 
  • Work closely with Franchise planners on the SKU coding maintenance and seasonal ordering process
  • Collaborate with the International Merchandising Team to identify and react to business needs to drive sales and profitability
  • Create sku-level image folders for Franchise partner seasonal buying
  • Assist in updating Partner Order Demand Sheets; monitor and execute sku level changes.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate ETA’s of PO’s
  • Participate in ongoing training for self and others regarding technology upgrades and new systems or processes

What you’ll bring to the table…  

  • Aptitude for spreadsheet and planning tools
  • Willingness to work both self-sufficiently and collaboratively
  • Understanding of the annual and seasonal buying structure, distribution needs and requirements, and goals of the International team
  • Good communication skills; work consistency and accuracy

  • 1+ year previous Merchandising experience or equivalent


Minimum Starting Rate: $23.25 Hourly

Up to: $26.50 Hourly

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
