We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Program Management to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of our Product Data & Content Lifecycle strategic initiatives focused on creating data foundations, transactional, and personalization capabilities to fuel a modern platform, positioning CBH for accelerated growth.  Your role will involve providing strategic leadership, ensuring successful implementation of the program leveraging agile methodologies, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, exceptional leadership skills, a passion for executing high-quality work, and driving organizational agility and continuous improvement.

A day in the life as a Director, Program Management, Product Data & Content…

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the Product Data & Content Lifecycle strategic initiatives using agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and track program progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks that may impact delivery timelines or quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and make data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes.
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, product owners, development teams, and other departments, to ensure program success.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, balancing priorities and resolving conflicts to maintain alignment with program goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different departments, including engineering, product management, business teams,, and operations.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, ensuring alignment of priorities, resource allocation, and project dependencies.
  • Communicate program status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely decision-making.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting a shared understanding of project goals, timelines, and progress.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support in implementing agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing lessons learned.
  • Define and implement strategies to optimize program delivery, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Develop, and mentor a high-performing team of program managers, scrum masters and coaches, fostering their growth and success.
  • Provide guidance, support, and ongoing feedback to team members, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Establish and maintain effective performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing career development opportunities.

What you’ll bring to the table…  

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and scaling agile practices in organizations.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.


We’d love to hear from you if you have… 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in agile program management, including leading large-scale, complex initiatives.
  • Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist) are highly desirable.

Minimum Starting Rate: $175,000.00 Annually

Up to: $220,000.00 Annually

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
