Product Lead - B2B Sales

A Day in the life as a Product Lead - B2B Sales...
Support Product Development
Assist in creating and managing product briefs that translate B2B client needs into clear direction for sourcing and merchandising teams.
Help coordinate timelines to ensure new product launches align with B2B sales opportunities and client deadlines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sourcing, planning, and merchants to track progress on B2B-focused products (e.g., contract-grade furniture, corporate gifting, bundled kits).
Communicate updates between sales and product teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
Market & Client Insights
Gather feedback from sales, account managers, and clients on product performance and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitive product offerings to help identify gaps in the assortment.
Operational Support
Assist in managing consolidated shipment opportunities such as “kitchen kits” and “whole home kits” designed for furnished rentals and turnkey solutions.
Work with planning teams on product forecasts and inventory needs specific to B2B clients.
Create and manage SKUs.
Follow-up with vendors and ensure timely delivery of product either to consolidation point or direct to client.
What you'll bring to the table:
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and balance competing priorities.
Interest in commercial design trends, product development, and client-driven innovation.
Eager to learn the dynamics of B2B product development within a design-driven retail environment.
Drives for results and keeps positive attitude
Excellent problem solving skills and can-do attitude
Excellent reading and written language skills (English), good math skills.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and navigate through multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent telephone presence, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
Excellent data entry, typing and computer skills.
Thorough working knowledge of email, internet browsers, and Google platform
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Product Design, or related field
2–4 years of experience in product management, merchandising, or related field, ideally with exposure to B2B, contract furniture, or commercial products.
Starting Rate: $67,900.00 - $89,950.00
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
