Maximize company sales growth and profitability by partnering with the Executive Vice President, Store Operations to establish business strategy, goals, and vision for the store organization. Leads teams to achieve and exceed company goals and standards.

A day in the life as a Regional Director...

  • Develop, own and lead business goals and accountability for business results for the region.
  • In coordination with various corporate departments, act as the advocate for the customer and the store business in providing the best tools, resources and policies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and key partner to Store Operations and other corporate partners on strategic decision-making and ongoing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the vice president, store operations to develop a selling focused organization and sales performance incentives.
  • Create a sales associate profile to ensure hiring standards across the region.
  • Develop, own, and lead performance goals, utilization of performance measurement tools, and a consistent performance management process.
  • View the business with big picture thinking and local action, demonstrating initiative and courage.
  • Inspire and motivate a desire to achieve best-in-class performance.
  • Ensure alignment across company and region.
  • Utilize KPIs, measurement, and reporting tools to track business performance.
  • Shop competitors across geographic area and provide feedback on sales, service, product presentation, and marketing.
  • Improve labor efficiency by partnering, teaching and assessing an up-to-date labor model, and overseeing and assessing scheduling tools in order to schedule to the business.
  • Partner with store operations to create clarity and consistency in store workload.
  • Act as a liaison between Merchandising and Supply Chain, assessing stock levels and forecasted sales, in an effort to ensure product is available for customers to purchase.

Starting Rate: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
