Senior Account Manager

A day in the life of a Senior Account Manager...
Lead day-to-day operational processes supporting Business Sales, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless client experience.
Manage and maintain B2B digital tools and web presence, including intake forms, landing pages, and regional contact information.
Partner with Stores, Marketing, Customer Care, and Supply Chain to coordinate workflows and resolve operational issues.
Execute and manage key B2B programs such as corporate gifting, personalization workflows, and culinary/discount initiatives.
Oversee purchase order and inventory processes with Merchandising to ensure product availability and readiness.
Manage contract-grade testing (BIFMA) and support compliance with commercial product standards.
Serve as operational owner of B2B systems (AS400 POS, CCS), partnering with Technology to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
Coordinate B2B events, trade shows, and client engagement activities in partnership with Marketing.
Support fulfillment operations by collaborating with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Photo Studio teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Oversee customer payment processing and partner with Finance to maintain account accuracy and manage payment terms.
Maintain and update Business Sales and Trade policies to ensure operational consistency and clarity.
Track operational metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to support growth and scalability.
What you'll bring to the table...
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across multiple internal and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive accountability.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to see solutions through to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to business and technical partners.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage conflict, and drive clarity and alignment across distributed teams.
Familiarity with B2B operations, CRM/ERP systems, and commercial-grade product standards preferred.
We'd love to hear from you if you have...
Bachelor's Degree in business or the equivalent preferred.
7+ years experience in management and working in a Professional Services and/or Sales organization, driving operations, efficiencies and KPI’s.
Experience with analyzing data.
Entrepreneurial, scrappy attitude and willingness to 'roll up the shirt sleeves and get things done.
Starting Rate: $101,900.00 - $135,000.00
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
