Senior Manager, AI Solution Leader

A day in the life as a Senior Manager, AI Solution Leader...·
Define and drive AI strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise business objectives
Partner with Data Science, AI Engineering, and Business teams to translate business problems into AI solutions
Develop and execute enterprise AI literacy programs and build AI communities of practice to drive education, engagement, and adoption across the organization
Own AI use case intake and prioritization frameworks
Drive AI solutions into scalable products and platforms
Partner with AI Governance Team to ensure responsible AI practices
Define and track AI value metrics (revenue, cost, productivity, model performance)
Collaborate with platform teams (e.g., GCP, BigQuery, Vertex AI)
Drive cross-functional alignment and adoption
Communicate effectively with senior leadership
Champion AI management best practices
What you'll bring to the table...
Strong strategic thinking and business value orientation
Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts
Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions
Familiarity with AI governance frameworks
Understanding of AI/ML platforms and cloud ecosystems
Understanding of data architecture and analytics frameworks
Experience working with data scientists and engineers in agile environments
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Ability to operate in ambiguity
We'd love to hear from you if you have...
8+ years of experience in related business strategy or technology roles
3+ years of experience working on AI/ML or data-driven solutions
Proven track record of delivering AI solutions at scale
Experience with enterprise AI transformation or data-driven systems
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field
Background in retail AI use cases
Exposure to AI agent frameworks
Experience with Generative AI / LLM applications.
Starting Rate: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
