Transportation Systems Analyst

A day in the life as an Transportation Systems Analyst...
- Serve as the functional owner of Blue Yonder TMS for Domestic Transportation, ensuring platform stability and alignment with business requirements
- Configure, maintain, and optimize system parameters, including tariff structures, routing guides, and carrier strategy logic to drive automated execution
- Lead transportation modeling and scenario analysis to improve cost, service, and network performance providing data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Develop and automate dashboards and reporting to monitor freight spend, service levels, and carrier performance
- Analyze large-scale transportation datasets to identify emerging trends, systemic risks, and technical cost-saving opportunities through modeling
- Manage the technical configuration of Freight Pay & Audit (FP&A) modules to ensure 100% reporting accuracy and seamless financial reconciliation
What you'll bring to the table...
- Advanced experience in configuring and optimizing Transportation Management Systems (Blue Yonder preferred)
- Strong knowledge of domestic transportation operations, including multi-modal routing, carrier management, and Freight Audit & Payment
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); SQL preferred
- Experience building dashboards and translating data into actionable business insights for operational and financial stakeholders
- Understanding of system integrations and data flows across TMS, ERP, WMS, API, and EDI environments
We'd love to hear from you if you have…
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or TMS-related roles
- TMS platform certification or advanced system training
- APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification
Starting Rate: $67,900.00 - $89,950.00
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
