Design Service Coordinator

A day in the life as a Design Service Coordinator...
Assigns new project submissions to Digital Designers,reviews store submissions and checks design deliverables.
Manages the Workflow Management tool and ensures that the team is held accountable for keeping customer projects up to date.
Gathers daily team and individual productivity numbers enters data into productivity spreadsheets for daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Reviews and disseminates appropriate Crate News and Customer Service Huddle information to the Centralized Design Services Team.
Maintain the Centralized Design Services Team Google Drive and Training site
Supports leadership with auxiliary projects.
Perform other duties, as assigned

Ability to conduct and participate in virtual learning
Good reading, written and verbal language skills (English)
Proficient with Microsoft office products, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Proficient with Gmail and Google Suite
Advanced knowledge in google sheets, Excel
Ability to embrace and leverage current and new technology to support the business; participate in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems applicable to the position.

Previous experience in Customer Service, preferred
Previous experience in administrative work or project management
High school diploma/GED or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent preferred
Starting Rate: $16.90 - $20.00
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
