Manager, Forecasting

This is an on-site role, requiring the Manager to be in the office Monday through Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
We are looking to fill two separate positions: one is based at our Crate HQ in Northbrook, IL, and the other at our CB2 HQ in Chicago, IL.
A day in the life as a Manager, Forecasting...
Prepare and maintain Paid Media forecasts and budgets across all programs
Own the Paid Media budgeting, forecasting, and accruals process with cross functional teams. Meet regularly with Paid Media Channel Leads to ensure proper execution of budgeted plans
Perform ROI analysis of Paid Media channels to drive investment mix recommendations, in partnership with media planning
Own the Paid Media monthly billing process across all Channels
Partner closely with Finance Leadership to stay informed on larger business changes that impact Marketing financials
Ad hoc projects as needed supporting Paid Media and other marketing Channels
What you’ll bring to the table…
Excellent communication and problem solving skills with the ability to present financials and financial analysis to Marketing leadership
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills, that are detail-oriented
Strong ability to analyze business problems, summarize results and present recommendations to cross functional teams
Ability to synthesize information necessary for Paid Media budgets, forecasts and business analysis
Strong ability to organize and analyze large datasets using advanced formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and PivotTables, with strong knowledge of financial modelling.
We’d love to hear from you if you have…
5 years previous experience in financial planning and analysis or other analytic finance role
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Marketing Analytics
Experience using Google Sheets for collaborative data tracking and Google Slides to present financial findings clearly to leadership
Experience managing and reconciling budgets directly within Medius, our third party reporting tool
Starting Rate: $83,000.00 - $110,000.00
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
