Merchandise Operations Coordinator

This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
A day in the life as a Merchandise Operations Coordinator...
- Execute SKU set up and maintenance for a category of products including product development samples, photo samples and production SKU
- Create vendor purchase orders and manage all order related vendor communication
- Own vendor collaboration for purchase order changes including timely communication with Planning teams to meet ship dates and inventory needs
- Prioritize, analyze, and execute SKU and PO creation as assigned and communicated by cross-functional teams
- Timely management of data integrity to support and enable accurate sales tracking and reporting
- Standardize processes and data elements
- Facilitate and troubleshoot data integrity issues and manage escalation to business and IT stakeholder

- Ability to ensure timely processing of SKU requests and meet SLA expectations
- Attention to detail while maintaining efficiency
- Proactive identification of data issues and proposal of solutions
- Strong written and oral communicate skills
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to provide a high level of service, support and follow through to internal and external stakeholders
- Curiosity and the ability to learn new systems and processes
We’d love to hear from you if you have…
- 1+ Merchandising experience or equivalent
- Proficiency in Business Objects, Excel, Access and Google Workspace
Starting Rate: $20.00 - $25.00
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
