Product Manager, Digital Product Management

The Product Manager is a key member of the Digital team, responsible for defining and delivering valuable products for a product team with medium complexity. This role requires a solid understanding of product management principles, a passion for e-commerce, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. This Product Manager plays an important role accelerating our A/B testing and personalization strategic roadmap.

Location: This position can be remote or hybrid.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Define product priority, scope, and direction for a new product team, with a focus on A/B testing, personalization, and web performance.
  • Establish clear and measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that track the product’s success and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers, engineering, data analysts, business partners, and other stakeholders to align on product strategy and ensure successful execution.
  • Work autonomously to define and prioritize features based on data, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Lead the strategy for and execution of ongoing and complex A/B tests to improve speed to market on personalized experiences.
  • Leverage a comprehensive understanding of the functionality and utilization of systems, tools, and applications within the product to proactively identify and communicate dependencies and impacts to other teams.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle for their assigned product, from ideation and design through development, testing, and deployment, adhering to agile methodologies.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering to inform product decisions aligned to customer needs.
  • Maintain the product backlog and prioritize innovative ideas, while simultaneously triaging defects with appropriate urgency.
  • Organize and communicate complex information clearly to drive action within the product team and to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with management and the product team to define a compelling product and evangelize that vision.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Solid knowledge of Product Management Practices and agile methodologies, sometimes acting as a scrum master when needed.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to strategically align product decisions with business goals.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use data to define KPIs and inform product decisions, with specific experience in A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate to various levels, including leadership.
  • Effective collaboration skills.
  • Passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding creative and effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Strong drive to achieve results and deliver impactful products.
  • Adaptability and a commitment to ongoing learning and experimentation.
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
  • Proficient with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target (Preferred) 

Experience Required: 

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on omnichannel retail.
  • Proven track record delivering impactful and innovative A/B testing and personalization campaigns.
  • Experience improving site speed and performance preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum Starting Rate: $101,900.00 Annually

Up to: $135,000.00 Annually

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
