The Project Manager manages critical cross functional programs and projects that support strategic goals across the organization. This role acts as a resource for all functional business areas to support and train project management methodology, and provides appropriate governance to measure company progress and achievement of goals.

A day in the life as a Project Manager...

  • Oversee the workflow process, resources and schedules for content execution, defining project scope and objectives

  • Responsible for monitoring, developing and updating project timelines and providing progress reports to various Omni-channel stakeholders

  • Orchestrate the completion of clear project briefs to ensure they align with content strategy, defining project scope and objectives

  • Organize and drive the timing and actions of the seasonal cross-channel creative process and work schedule in collaboration with Creative, Marketing, and other Key Stakeholders

  • Ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner and satisfy key business expectations. Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Play a key role in determining efficient and integrated workflow processes by identifying, coordinating and communicating the critical milestones and deadlines for multiple work streams. Embrace and introduce current and new technology and processes that support the business

  • Plan, schedule and lead cross-functional creative review/approval meetings

  • Solicit feedback from various cross functional partners in order to deliver the best product

  • Encourage teamwork, collaboration and positive interactions within the team and with all company associates

What you'll bring to the table...

  • Exceptional organizational and project planning/management skills

  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

  • Sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet key deadlines

  • Ability to work independently to accomplish both short and long-term goals

  • Experience managing projects through the full life cycle, preferably multi-disciplinary creative projects

  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to effectively integrate information from diverse sources and define a clear approach/solution

  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs

  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting to stakeholders and leaders at all levels


We'd love to hear from you if you have...

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience 

  • 4+ years project management experience, including tracking and planning projects

  • Proficiency with Asana, Workfront, MS Office


Starting Rate: $83,000.00 - $110,000.00

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
