The Seasonal Designer, Email will be responsible for executing designs for the email channel. Delivers compelling, brand elevated designs through typography, design, and photography. Ensure email designs are customer-focused, intuitive and meet all brand standards.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Northbrook, IL HQ or fully remote

A day in the life as a Seasonal Designer, Email…

  • Execute elevated email designs that are customer-focused and support the creative/business strategy
  • Assist Senior Designer on design, presentation and photography concepts for email creative
  • Assist in planning and supporting email photography art direction
  • Define and deliver email designs with high productivity
  • Collaborate with Production Designer on final design executions
  • Collaborate with design leads and external teams to ensure new campaigns are produced at standards that uphold/elevate the company’s brand identity
  • Build cross-functional relationships and interact daily with internal teams on email initiatives, as appropriate
  • Consistently approach design projects from a user-centered perspective
  • Manage projects while working within schedule requirements

What you’ll bring to the table…

  • Experience with email design and possess an understanding of email design best practices
  • Extensive knowledge in graphic design with an ability to design solutions that bridge customer and business needs
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet all necessary deadlines
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptiveness, collaborating on new designs and campaigns

  • Must provide a link to portfolio (including password) on resume or provide PDF samples
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 2 years of design experience
  • Skilled with Photoshop, InDesign and some knowledge of HTML email
