Senior Manager, Store Operations

A day in the life as a Senior Manager, Store Operations:
Lead P&L efficiencies across controllable expenses through goals and tracking, process changes and leadership support and education
Lead BOH standards - including reengineered and optimized layout, process to meet customer demand allocation and drive overall efficiencies
Partner with Supply Chain to improve the customer experience through root cause analysis, system enhancements, and process changes across the network
Develop and lead initiatives that drive results and profitability - deliver, track and iterate initiatives with store leadership
Drive process improvement for stores - continually removing or streamlining work that does not enhance the customer experience - identify upstream, root cause issues impacting customer and associate experience utilizing store feedback, data, and field experience - work with partners to develop and deploy solutions
Lead areas of expertise in cross functional routines with a strong point of view empowered through data analysis, store feedback, and strategic goals
Negotiate across partners on emerging work assignments - when to lead, participate, and/or move accountability to appropriate department and/or team
Perform stakeholder responsibilities as assigned
Partner with Technology on continual enhancements in all systems, technology and devices - internal and 3rd party - relevant to area of expertise
Support CB2 in all functions applicable
Lead performance for direct reports by communicating strategy, setting clear expectations, providing feedback and coaching, and holding associates accountable to high standards
Lead talent routines for direct reports and participate for full team
Lead developmental experiences, education, and growth mindset discussions for team
What you’ll bring to the table…
Strong ability to create and drive strategic roadmap for area of expertise - align, partner, and continuously update store leadership and partners on progress
Seasoned skill in driving profitability through the creation of process and driving efficiencies and improvement in process, systems and leadership resources
Demonstrate ability to innovate and be creative with resources - willingness to take risks to discover new ways of approaching work
Demonstrate high level execution and project management skills - scoping, planning, leadership, delivery, follow up
Ability to use data insight to assess, make decisions, and track results and trends
Strong communication skills in developing content, training and presentations for area of expertise
Passion for retail environment with demonstrated commitment to side by side in store experience and team interactions
Proven high energy, urgency, and positive growth mindset
Strong initiative and drive for continuous improvement
Seeks out new opportunities, thrives on change, able to read the scene and adapt to situations and expectations quickly and independently
Ability to quickly and effectively assess, flex, and shift own and team work to meet ongoing business priorities
Drive to build personal capacity for more and different work through productive process and work habits

We’d love to hear from you if you have…
7+ years retail operations, supply chain, store planning or equivalent experience
2+ years supervisory or leadership experience
Facility with Google, Microsoft work suite, micro strategies, and tools needed to perform functions, preferred
Starting Rate: $101,900.00 - $135,000.00
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
