Producer, Ecommerce Photo Studio

This is a 5 day on-site position based out of our Chicago, IL Photo Studio
A day in the life as a Producer, eCommerce Photo Studio...
In collaboration with and with oversight from the Senior Producer, establish and execute weekly photo shoot timelines and schedules for seasonal launches
Coordinate and facilitate the organization of shoot teams with both internal and external partners
Update the Studio Staffing Chart with availability, holds, and bookings of internal and contract partners by directly reaching out to partners and vendors
Maintain the ecommerce IC/SSTA budget sheet to track monthly ecom expenses
Manage the job confirmation and invoicing process for vendors.
Work with onsite teams and merch coordinators on studio spatial awareness to strategize merch and equipment placement for photo shoots
Provide access to the photography studio for external vendors and talent
Organize internal Lookbook shoots communication with partners, estimates, team assignments, bookings, and on set needs
What you'll bring to the table...
Excellent communication skills, good reading and written language skills (English), basic math, strong organizational skills to manage input from cross functional teams
Multi-tasking skills, detail-oriented, strong interpersonal/negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, demonstrated leadership skills, and spatial awareness
Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates
Photography industry production knowledge of key players, equipment, and workflow
We'd love to hear from you if you have...
3 years experience with Industry knowledge of photography production practices and studio operations
Bachelor’s degree in related field a plus
Experience with and knowledge of local Chicago vendors and industry contacts, including caterers, photography equipment providers, truck companies, art movers, prop houses.
Knowledge of eCommerce/Marketing photography industry standards and processes.
Past experience with negotiation and management of crew
Starting Rate: $24.00 - $32.00
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
