Designer, Graphic Brand Design

This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
A day in the life as a Designer, Graphic Brand Design...
Assist with the conceptual thinking, development and execution of creative campaigns across all mediums
Participate in meetings facilitated by business area or project initiator to understand the goals and objectives throughout the project
Produce creative deliverables for omni-channel campaigns, catalog, digital media, packaging, store signage, promotions, advertisements and other mediums
Create design solutions that visually convey a particular message, idea or concept
Deliver and present concepts and designs
Prepare for and attends photo shoots, as required
Assist in the production of a variety of assets and file preparation/die lines/print layouts and printing processes for print and digital applications
Review editorial and image content, ensure proper layout and color, and approves printer proofs
Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules
Research industry trends, techniques and materials, and apply this research to design solutions
Apply corporate branding specifications to ensure work meets brand guidelines
What you’ll bring to the table…
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex & technical issues to Creative Team and key stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize multiple projects
Customer service mindset

2+ years GRAPHICS
Bachelor's degree in Art and Design with an emphasis in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or a related area
Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite
Motion Graphics and Animation experience preferred
Illustration and Photography skills preferred
Love and mastery of typography required
Starting Rate: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
