Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator

Location: Northbrook, Illinois

Drive company sales growth and profitability by supporting the Lifecycle Marketing team to plan, schedule, and execute timely email, SMS, and Push messages to our various audiences. Collaborate with the team on channel strategies and accurate execution of campaigns. Contribute to reporting and enhancing processes and campaign performance. This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

A day in the life as an Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator...

  • Maintain project schedules and track progress of email, SMS, and Push sends, from initial creative through to development and deployment

  • Assist with the management of messaging calendar and schedule adjustments

  • Route creative through stakeholder approval process and collaborate with creative team on changes

  • Manage the day-to-day campaign creation and configuration process in marketing platforms

  • Assist in managing the library of creative assets in content personalization tools

  • Review proofs for content and design accuracy

  • Assist in strategic planning and test plan development to optimize channel performance

  • Assist in campaign reporting and channel performance analyses

  • Stay up to date on channel best practices and research the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities

What you’ll bring to the table…

  • Experience with ESPs preferred, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Experience using tools such as Asana, Attentive, Movable Ink is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving skills, organizational, and analytical skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail oriented

  • Strong project and time management skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional groups

We’d love to hear from you if you have…

  • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in developing digital marketing campaigns

  • Proficient with Google Workspace

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required


Starting Rate: $20.00 - $25.00

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
