Manager, Paid Social Crate & Kids

This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
A day in the life as a Manager, Paid Social Crate & Kids...
Oversee execution of Paid Social strategy across all major publishers (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok) including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and algorithmic bidding management
Manage program health day-to-day, monitoring channel mix, targeting accuracy, and creative performance to ensure spend and performance aligns with weekly and monthly business goals
Implement automation and innovative tech tools to drive measurable omni-impact and platform efficiencies, ensuring we are leveraging the latest ad tech
Analyze campaign performance alongside Analytics leads, utilizing MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) insights and customer data to drive incremental results
Work closely with in-house Creative, providing data-backed briefs for ad development and managing a rigorous creative testing roadmap
Collaborate with Brand, Performance, Email, eCommerce, and CRM teams to ensure Social supports total business outcomes
Act as a subject matter expert, managing day-to-day vendor and agency relationships and keeping stakeholders informed on channel performance
Maintain internal clarity on campaign progress and contribute to the evolution of a best-in-class program by staying on top of emerging tools and trends
Coach and develop a team of specialists/associates, focusing on building their technical proficiency, collaborative spirit, and customer-focused skillsets
What you’ll bring to the table…
Proven expertise in Paid Social execution specifically across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, including experience with Advantage+ and other automated solutions
High-level "hands-on-keys" proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads; experience with Adobe Analytics or specialized social optimization tools is preferred
Experience with Catalog management and feed optimization to drive product discovery and personalized ad experiences
Solid understanding of platform algorithms and the technical infrastructure (Conversion API, offline signals, 1P data) required to steer them
Strong analytical and visualization skills, with a proven ability to turn raw data into actionable Omni-channel insights; Excel expertise is a must
A testing-first mindset, with a passion for proving value through continuous optimization and structured experiments
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to pivot between high-level project management and granular campaign adjustments
A collaborative spirit and a genuine curiosity to understand the "why" behind customer behavior and business shifts
We’d love to hear from you if you have…
5 years of experience in Paid Social with at least 2 years in a Retail/eCommerce environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, or a related analytical field (or equivalent work experience)
Demonstrated success in managing full-funnel advertising, moving beyond basic awareness to drive high-value, omni-channel outcomes
Experience in a "Lead" or "Senior Specialist" capacity with a readiness to take on direct management responsibilities
Agency or Brand experience managing mid-to-large scale Paid Social budgets.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, data modeling)
Starting Rate: $83,000.00 - $110,000.00
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
