Senior Digital Color Manager

This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
A day in the life as a Senior Digital Color Manager...
Oversee digital image quality across eCommerce, site, and marketing channels — with a focus on color accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
Own final QA of all product imagery and lifestyle shots prior to web upload
Partner with leadership stakeholders to address any color concerns or feedback
Collaborate with studio and retouching teams to establish workflows for digital asset delivery, color correction, and approvals
Manage and mentor our Color Specialist, providing direction and support during peak volume periods
Compare digital renders to physical product samples and flag discrepancies for rework or lighting adjustments
Collaborate with eComm, site merchandising, and creative to ensure images meet technical and visual expectations
Serve as the go-to expert for visual consistency across channels and applications
What you'll bring to the table...
Ability to process a high volume of input/requests and create a clear plan for execution
Familiarity with the nuances of web and mobile color rendering
Excellent eye for detail and ability to provide clear, actionable visual feedback
Comfortable working cross-functionally with merchandising, creative, and technical partners in a digital-first environment
Understanding of lighting environments and studio setup as it impacts post-production color work
Deep understanding of creative processes, particularly in managing assets
Able to work effectively with a diverse group of teams and creative partners
We'd love to hear from you if you have...
7+ years in digital image retouching, post-production, or color management — specifically for eCommerce and digital marketing
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, and digital calibration tools. Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Workfront preferred
Team management experience
Experience working with high-volume studio or production environments
Excellent verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills; able to train and influence users of assets
Excellent written communicator; able to write clearly and concisely to educate, inform and guide
Strong problem-solving skills; able to identify issues or areas of improvements and develop a plan of action or solution
Starting Rate: $102,000.00 - $135,000.00
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
