Senior Director, Business to Business

Location: Remote

The Senior Director, Business Sales is responsible for setting the overall strategy and direction for CBH Business Sales. This role will utilize market and data insights to maximize sales growth and profitability by building business strategy, growing market share and meeting or exceeding financial goals. It requires a leader who can grow existing business as well as new opportunities and categories, identify trends, and deeply immerse in the customer experience.

This is a People Leader position that can be worked Remote, with the expectation of up to 50% travel.


A day in the life as a Senior Director, Business Sales… 

  • Leading the vision and execution of Business Sales 
  • Driving financial results that increase market share maximizing Business Sales revenue, conversion, gross margin, and inventory turn goals
  • Using sales and marketing data insights to drive future Business Sales strategies and tactics across channels
  • Developing the Business Sales team 
  • Leading cross-functional teams (i.e.product development, sourcing, stores, digital)  in the identification of business opportunities 
  • Optimizing Commercial Trade presentation and conversion across store and e-commerce channels
  • Building and expanding strong client / relationships and rapport with customers 

What you’ll bring to the table… 

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, prioritize, and focus in order to drive key initiatives that fuel the business 
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with peers, cross functional leaders, and executive/senior leaders
  • Exemplary communication skills- to communicate high level vision to senior management as well as tactical direction to teams
  • Solid leadership skills of both direct reports and cross functional teams
  • Strong change management skills/experience


We’d love to hear from you if you have… 

  • 12+ years retail experience, with a minimum of 7+ years leading teams
  • Proven client/vendor relationship management and sales development skills
  • Business to Business sales experience (retail industry is preferred) 
  • Cross-functional leadership experience 
  • Experience owning/ managing a budget
  • Strong knowledge of Business to Business best practices 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education
