Sr Manager, Procurement and Vendor Management

A Day in the Life of a Senior Manager, Technology Business Operations...
Lead complex contract negotiates with vendors to secure favorable contract terms, pricing, service levels, and SLAs, including execution of contract redlines, incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders and ensuring alignment with company interests
Lead and develop direct reports focusing on contract negotiations, collaboration & customer-focus
Facilitate cross-functional contract review meetings, coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy
Act as liaison with Technology stakeholders to monitor vendor relationship, performance and serve as a point of contact between vendors and Technology stakeholders
Support Technology management and stakeholders with monitoring contractual agreements, identifying areas of improvement and risk, vendor selections, vendor portfolio catalog including spend and initiate periodic vendor reviews
Partner with Technology stakeholders to document and acquire governance level approvals
Manage and track progress of initial procurement and renewals and provide status reports to key stakeholders/management
Develop KPIs and establish standard ways to access vendor performance
Track, measure and report vendor performance to Technology leadership and stakeholders
Work with key stakeholders to coordinate and assist with contract negotiations and procurement of goods and services
Maintain internal procurement and contract management systems
What you'll bring to the table...
Experience with complex contract negotiations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and partnerships across the organization
Demonstrate detail- and results-orientation with strong problem solving, research and resolution skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines
We'd love to hear from you if you have...
5+ years previous experience in vendor management or comparable fields
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant experience
Experience with PeopleSoft, Hyperions and Agiloft systems preferred
Starting Rate: $150,000.00 - $185,000.00
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
